Near Fine in an about Very Good, second issue dust jacket with a price-clip at the bottom of the front flap and a price of 12/6 net to the left of the clip. Jacket is rubbed and nicked at the corners, with a few short closed tears and one slightly rough tear at the top front panel, and a small chip at the top rear panel.
