New York: Harcourt, Brace, 1950. First Edition. SIGNED by the author as "John Kerouac" (indicating an early signature) on the front endpaper. Publisher's red cloth with titles and designs in gilt. Near Fine in a strong Very Good plus dust jacket. A few bumps to the extremities, front hinge just barely starting. Jacket is quite fresh, lightly nicked and rubbed at the extremities, with a tiny stray ink mark on the spine (not obscuring text).
