The Constant Nymph

London: William Heinemann, 1924. First UK Edition, first printing, preceding the US. Binding and jacket are both second issue (the first issue is quite rare, issued only in small quantities to reviewers prior to publication).

Adapted to the stage early in the twentieth century, then filmed several times, most notably in 1943 in a version directed by Edmund Goulding and starring Charles Boyer and Joan Fontaine. Uncommon in jacket, and extremely scarce even in the second issue.

Near Fine in a bright, Very Good or better dust jacket. Faint offsetting to the endpapers; jacket is lightly chipped at the corners and spine ends, modestly toned at the spine panel, and has a tiny bruise to the front panel and a small cellotape repair at the heel.
