Warmly INSCRIBED by the author on the front endpaper: "To Noni / Who wrote the book - leaving me only with the job of thinking it up / Yours / Erle Stanley Gardner. According to Dorothy Hughes' biography of Gardner, Noni Bibler was one of Gardner's early assistants, and clearly took down much of this novel from dictation.
Very Good plus lacking the dust jacket. Spine ends and a couple of corners bumped, else a bright, clean copy. [Book #124120]
