The press kit is unusual and deluxe in terms of its contents, often including still photographs, ad supplements, "scene cut" cards, and various press releases regarding the film's reception. "Hex" is set in Nebraska following the first World War, where a band of war veterans on motorcycles invade a small town. They are offered solace by two young sisters, until one of the vets smokes some of the local marijuana and rapes one of them. The other sister decides to deliver a hex on the whole gang, and despair slowly overcomes the bikers.
