First issue, without the added note about typographical corrections by Reich at the end of his introduction. INSCRIBED by Reich in 1976 on the front pastedown: "For Denis Murphy / from Steve Reich 4/25/76." The composer's only published book.

Very Good plus in a like dust jacket, with a dampstain along the fore-edge of the front board (and the corresponding portion of the front flap fold). Jacket is lightly worn, with rubbing and a few closed tears). A very presentable copy overall.
