N.p. N.p., 1976. Revised Draft script for the 1977 film. Script belonging to production accountant William R. Smith with his name stamped on front wrapper.

Based on the 1977 novel by Earl Mac Rauch, published the same year as the film. Two artists in New York fall in love and try to make a name for themselves.

Lime green titled wrappers, noted as copy No. 34. Title page present, dated April 14, 1976, with credits for Earl Mac Rauch. 162 leaves, with last page of text numbered 159.
