A group of English school girls begin wearing yellow teddy bear pins on their uniform to signify that they have lost their virginity. One student becomes pregnant. Though instantly packaged at the time as a sexploitation film, "The Yellow Teddybears" is very much a pre-Swinging London message picture.

Set in England, shot on location in London and Surrey, England.

Title page present, dated February 1963, noted as Final, with credits for screenwriters Donald and Derek Ford. 104 leaves, with last page of text numbered 85.
