N.p. N.p., 1941. Story Outline for an unproduced film called "CinCUS," written for screen by Lieutenants Victor F. Blakeslee and Hartley E. How, and Welbourn Kelley, who was a witness in the Pearl Harbor Attack investigations, 1945-1946.

A story about the CinCUS, a naval term for Commander-in-Chief, United States Fleet. Admiral Todd Emery leads his Navy crew to battle "somewhere in the Atlantic," his story told in flashback of his days as a boy in Illinois in 1899, his journey to the Naval Academy in Maryland, and his time spent as a soldier in WWI.

Blue titled wrappers, noted as Story Outline on the front wrapper, dated October 6, 1941, with credits for screenwriters Blakeslee, Howe, and Kelley. 20 leaves, with last page of text numbered 20. Mimeograph duplication. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, bound with two small gold brads.
