Title page present, dated July 15, 1968, noted as FINAL, with credits for screenwriter William Goldman. 182 leaves, mechanically reproduced on eye-rest green stock, with blue revision pages throughout, dated 11/5/68. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, bound internally with three gold brads.
