New York: Simon and Schuster, 1959. First Edition. Published the same year as McBain's "King's Ransom," but even scarcer, this being one of only a handful of collectible copies we have seen in fifteen years. The McBain nom-de-plume was just one of many used by prolific author, Evan Hunter.
Near Fine in a Very Good plus dust jacket. Usual page toning, a few tiny indentations to the bottom page edges, light rubbing to the extremities. Light soil to the jacket, a few cello-tape repairs to the verso, and a tiny chip and short crease to the rear panel.
