Copy belonging to screenwriter Frank Partos, with his name in manuscript pencil. Also included with the script are contracts from Dorothy Canfield, Story Magazine, and Harcourt, Brace and Company signing over the story's film and television rights to Partos.

A psychological thriller set in a Middle Western town called Huntsville, the story follows the career paths of two men who work in the same office as one attempts to psychologically damage the other in order to take his better position.
