Elvis Presley plays "Johnny Tyrone," an American movie star traveling through the Middle East on a promotional tour. A gang kidnaps Johnny and hires him to carry out an assassination, so impressed by his on-screen adventures. He refuses and escapes back to civilization, but not before singing a few songs and romancing a harem girl or two.

Set in the Middle East, shot on the original set of the 1927 Cecil B. DeMille film, "The King of Kings."
