The two writers seem to have been inseparable throughout their film careers, collaborating almost exclusively on episodes for television series like "Charles in Charge" (1984), "Kate & Allie" (1984-1986), "CBS Summer Playhouse: 'The Saint in Manhattan,'" (1987), and "Working It Out" (1990). They have also written novels together, under the pseudonym Russell Andrews.

Ray Burns is a soap opera actor who is caught in a love triangle with his son Mike and a reporter, Joanna.

Set in New York.
