The last installment in the "Bomba, the Jungle Boy" Poverty Row series (12 films), based on the boy's adventure books by Roy Rockwood (a pseudonym used by the Stratemeyer Syndicate, producer of the "Nancy Drew," "The Hardy Boys," and "Tom Swift" books). Mona Andrews (Hale) is visiting her uncle in Africa at the same time three elephant hunters, Jeff Wood (Morris) and two others, set out to exterminate a herd of elephants that has been terrorizing local villages. Bomba (Sheffield) knows the herd is being led by one angry bull elephant, and is willing to have only the rogue elephant killed. The three hunters capture Bomba and leave him guarded by a couple of natives. Mona helps Bomba escape and he locates the herd and arranges for the rogue elephant to be killed by Barnes.
