Released internationally as "I Kiss the Hand," "Family Killer," and "Kiss My Hand," and re-released in the US as "Sin City Confidential." Brief annotations in manuscript ink on the first page, noting the role of Luca (played by Spiros Focas), and on a few other pages. Rubber-stamped on the title page as an Ultra Film production, however, Aquila Cinematografica would receive final credit.

Based on Schiraldi's 1972 titular novel. Stefano Ferrante (Joshua Sinclair), the son of a Mafia boss (Kennedy), is killed by Gaspare Ardizzone (Saxon) because he refused to sell a piece of land. Eventually Ardizzone becomes the new Don, and the prior is soon killed by some indifferent construction workers.
