Treatment (synopsis) script for an unproduced film called "The Richest Man in the World," written by Ian Shand, whose film credits include "Mischief" (1969), "Kadoyng" (1972), and the 1960-1962 television series, "Bonehead." Owner name ("H. Janis") in manuscript ink on the title page.

A story set in Dallas, Texas, about a cab driver who first strikes oil, then nearly bankrupts, then strikes gold.
