Original scenario artwork by Bill Constable for the 1956 film, depicting the characters played by Taylor and Clift walking through a wood late at night, their way lit only by a lantern. Signed by Constable at the bottom right. Archivally matted (no frame), with a description of the film in a die cut window in the matte just below the artwork.

A graduating poetry teacher (played with aplomb by Clift) falls in love with a Southern woman (Taylor), but the woman's past and the Civil War begin to cause problems.
