Dominique Clement, Candid
N.p. N.p., Circa 1960s. Collection of 8 vintage borderless black-and-white photographs of actress Dominique Clement, including two contact sheets, one with cropping annotations. All photos, shot by an unknown photographer, feature the demure Parisian contemplating nature, or life itself.
Little has been documented of Clement (1940-2012), but she had roles in Jacqueline Audry's "Le secret du Chevalier d'Éon" (1959), Henri Decoin's "Le pave de Paris" (1961), Pierre Étaix' "The Suitor" (1962), and others, with a notable appearance in Claude Chabrol's "Madame Bovary" (1991).
Two contact sheets 8.5 x 10.5 inches, three photos 7 x 9.5 inches, three photos 5 x 7 inches. All photos and four images excised from the contact sheets. Very Good plus overall.
