Based on a story by Gerald Geraghty and Curt Siodmak. Bob (Milland) and Jimmy (Overman) are marooned in the South Pacific while looking for a missing aviator. They are aided on an island by an exotic woman named Tura (Lamour), believed to be a goddess. The three are soon hunted by Kuasa (Naish), a native with a hatred for white people, but they may have a chance at survival, with the help of a rescue team and an earthquake.
