A lighthearted comedy in which a man (Wes Stern) who fails out of college attempts suicide, only to be saved against his will by the university president (Larry Hagman) who flunked him. In grumpy retaliation, Stern decides to bed the three women most important to the president: his mistress, his wife, and his daughter. Set against the backdrop of Civil Rights campus upheaval.
