New York: Didier, 1948. First Edition. A humorous and light-hearted rags-to-riches autobiography of the great Latin composer, arranger and bandleader who was a mainstay in American film musicals from the 1930s to the 1950s. Illustrated with black and white line drawings by Cugat, who also designed the jacket.
Very Good plus in a bright, Very Good plus example of the uncommon dust jacket. Some fading along the bottom edges of the boards. Jacket is nicked at the corners, with rubbing at the folds, else quite nice.
