These programs saw popularity beginning in the 1960s and continued to be produced until the early 1980s and the ever-growing VHS market, with a particularly high distribution in Asian countries. This example is French language, square in shape (versus the normal rectangular), card stock.
Black-and-white film based on the exploits of New France Jesuit missionaries, set in 1638. Existential and probing, the film adapts the Jesuit Relations, actual journals of real missionaries and their conflicts of faith.
