A biopic on the French sculptor Auguste Rodin and his turbulent relationships with everyone around him including his mistress and, in the last year of both their lives, his eventual wife, Rose, as well as a host of other women, including Camille, a sculptor and student of his, and his friend Edmond, a long admirer of the artist who only wants what is best for him. His work is both praised and rejected by French high society, leaving him constantly in anguish as his work tortured him beyond nourishing his body, leading to his demise.

Set in Paris.
