Upon the deaths of his parents, Rob inherits a radio station, leaves graduate school in New York and moves to South Texas, where he spends most of his time hopping over the border, drinking tequila and playing classical music on his station. When calls about a ten foot bird being spotted around town draws national news attention, Rob has to decide whether this life is really for him.

Set in South Texas.
