N.p. N.p., 1968. Vintage press photograph of directors Louis Malle and Roman Rolanski, and actress Monica Vitti strolling down the street during the 1968 Cannes Film Festival. With the stamp of photographer "Paul-Louis / Studio Starlet" in Nice, as well as manuscript annotations identifying the subjects and location and regarding layout on the verso.

Malle, Polanski, and Vitti were all members of the jury for the festival. However, the festival was canceled after only nine days in solidarity with the May 1968 uprisings in France, and no prizes were awarded. Malle's segment from the 1968 anthology film "Spirits of the Dead," titled "William Wilson," was also to be screened out of competition at the festival.
