Culver City, CA: Columbia Pictures, 1953. Final Draft script for the 1953 film.
The twelfth installment in the "Jungle Jim" series, based on the comic strip character created by Alex Raymond in 1934. Rather than a wild man like Tarzan, Jungle Jim is a hunter, and the action is set in Asia rather than Africa. Jim brings justice to the jungle, vigilante-style. In this film, he defends the mineral rights of the natives.
Set in Southeast Asia.
