The memo makes mention of several possibilities for casting the film, including Charlie Sheen and Joanne Woodward.

A hardboiled detective tale featuring a private investigator who was formerly a street tough in a seemingly distant life. Victor Bertini is a director and writer primarily known for his work in exploitation, sexploitation and pornography, notably with "Playpen Girls" (1967), "She's Doing it Again" (1969), and "Gathering of Evil" (1969).

Set in New York.
