Barney Slater was a screenwriter best known for "Cahill US Marshal" (1973), "The Tin Star" (1957), and "Lost in Space" (1965-1968). A father and son scam duo pay off a pilot to fly close to the water in order for them to push a container of gold down below, so that they can retrieve it at their leisure. However, fate takes a strange course as a couple of vacationers discover the treasure and believe it to be buried from a shipwreck.

Set in Mexico.
