The Game is Over [La Curee]
France: Les Films Marceau-Cocinor / Mega Film, 1966. Four vintage press photographs from the 1966 film. Each with the stamp of Robert Levy on the verso, and two with the stamp of press agency Parimage. One image shows director Roger Vadim carrying a smiling Jane Fonda, whom he married just prior to the start of filming.
A modern adaptation of the 1872 novel "La Curee" by Emil Zola, about a wealthy young woman who marries and older man, only to be tricked out of her fortune when she falls for his son. The second of four films Vadim and Fonda would make together.
