The League of Free Men

A gentleman pays the bail of a recently-jailed political activist, who is then invited to a meeting of the League of Free Men. When the activist turns up murdered a few days later with a mysterious note found on his body, the police begin investigating exactly what this organization is all about.

Set in London.

Brown titled wrappers with typescript title label affixed on the front wrapper. Title page present, noted as First Version, with credits for G.E. Moore. 98 leaves, with last page of text numbered 94.
