A body is found in the river in a small town and is identified by her clothes as a young woman named Susan White. The coroner determines cause of death as Death by Misadventure. Soon after, another young woman returns to the town claiming to be Susan White, and that whoever is buried in her grave is an impostor.

Set in Birmingham.
