Based on the ancient Greek play, "Medea" by Euripides. Medea is wife of Jason, famous fetcher of the Golden Fleece and leader of the Argonauts. But her position in the Greek world is threatened when Jason intends to leave her for a Greek princess of Corinth. Medea takes revenge by killing the princess, as well as Jason's children.

Set in Corinth.
