Bourvil was starring in René Clair's "Tout l'or du monde" (1961), and would go on to make notable films with with Louis de Funes, "Le Corniaud" (1965) and "La Grande Vadrouille (1966)". He was featured in at least one film a year, from 1942 to his death in 1971, several showcasing his singing ability.
