Power Failure

INSCRIBED by playwright Larry Gelbart: "4-30-91 / Tom / As promised / Changes will be made as rehearsals and previews dictate but, basically, this is it / Best, Larry Gelbart." Debuted at the American Repertory Theatre in Cambridge, Massachusetts on May 24, 1991.

A dark satire influenced by Arthur Schnitzler's 1897 play "La Ronde," in which a number of average-seeming citizens are seen to be morally bereft.

White titled self wrappers, noted as REVISED on the front wrapper, dated 30 April, 1991, with credits for screenwriter Larry Gelbart. Title page integral with the front wrapper. 104 leaves, with last page of text numbered 98. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Fine, wrapper Near Fine, bound with two gold brads.
