A Eurasian photographer named Ivan (Harvey) pretends to be in love with numerous American ladies, interested only in obtaining American citizenship. His latest prospect is Fay Wilson (Hyer), even though he is truly in love with a Japanese girl named Tamiko (Nuyen).

Set in Japan.
