Based on an original story by Alfred Hayes and Stewart Stern. Phillip (Ericson) is a soldier in Italy during WWII, where he meets and marries Teresa (Angeli), and returns to the US to an overbearing mother (Patricia Collinge). Hayes and Stern were nominated for an Academy Award for their story, and the film grossed more international sales than domestic.

8 x 10 inches, small white borders. Very Good overall, with light curling and toning, and marginal wrinkling and creasing.
