Basis for Billy Wilder's 1961 comedy "One, Two, Three." A bank president is informed by his wealthy young ward Lydia that she has eloped with her Communist taxi driver boyfriend Harry Foot—and moreover, that the two are expecting. When he hears that Lydia's posh parents are set to arrive in one hour, the president sets off on a sixty-minute mission to transform Foot into a conservative, upper class gentleman.
