Mimeo snipe, "ORIGINAL A RENDRE PARIMAGE," "COPYRIGHT CAMERA PRESS LTD.," and a struck through, with manuscript pencil, "Holmes-Lebel" stamps on the verso. One contains an "impress" sticker on verso.

Based on the 1960 Tony Award winning stage musical of the same name with a book by Michael Stewart, lyrics by Lee Adams and music by Charles Strouse.

Unsuccessful songwriter Albert Peterson (Van Dyke) is convinced he can make his fortune and marry girlfriend Rosie (Leigh) if he can get recently drafted Rock and Roll star Conrad Birdie (Jessie Pearson) on the Ed Sullivan show to kiss high school girl Kim MacAfee (Ann Margret) goodbye.

Nominated for 2 Academy Awards.
