The Conspirators

Based on Joseph Conrad's 1911 novel "Under Western Eyes," which was considered by some to be Conrad's response to "Crime and Punishment" by Fyodor Dostoevsky, whom Conrad purportedly despised. The narrative generally depicts the life of an oft-downtrodden revolutionary, told through the story of a language teacher living in Geneva.

Set in St. Petersburg, Russia and Geneva, Switzerland.

Goldenrod titled wrappers, with credits for screenwriters Adam Gillon and Scott Gordon, and novelist Joseph Conrad. 128 leaves, with last page of text numbered 127. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good, with the front wrapper partially detached from the binding, bound with two gold brads.
