N.p. N.p., Circa 1970s. Draft script for the 1973 production of Philip Barry's 1928 play. With a few substantive holograph ink emendations throughout. The play opened on December 26, 1973 at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre in New York.

The story of a Wall Street corporate lawyer who, while on vacation at Lake Placid, falls in love with the snobby eldest daughter of the high-society Seton family, but in the ensuing months finds himself falling for his betrothed's more down-to-earth sister. The play was first staged on November 26 1929 at the Plymouth Theatre, directed by Arthur Hopkins.

Set in New York.
