Los Angeles: Twentieth Century-Fox, 1943. Revised Draft script archive for the 1944 film. Director H. Bruce Humberstone's copy, with his name in holograph pencil annotation to the front wrapper. Accompanying the script are several production documents housed in a manila card folder, including over 15 sets of typed revision pages, several with handwritten annotations, interdepartmental notes on Twentieth Century-Fox letterhead, and handwritten notes likely taken during filming.

Determined to attract a war hero husband, a USO canteen performer poses as a famous Broadway star.

Set in Missouri and New York.

Tan titled wrappers, noted as REVISED TEMPORARY on the front wrapper, rubber-stamped copy No. 14 and production No. 875, dated JULY 8, 1943. Distribution page present, with receipt removed. Title page present, dated July 8, 1943, noted as Revised Temporary, with credits for screenwriters Robert Ellis and Helen Logan. 111 leaves, with last page of text numbered 108. Mimeograph duplication on white standard and onionskin stock, rectos only. Pages Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, bound internally with two gold brads.
