Ann Jellicoe (play)
Charles Wood (screenwriter)
Rita Tushingham, Ray Brooks, Michael Crawford, Donal Donnelly (starring)

London: Woodfall Film Productions, 1965. Vintage borderless candid photograph from the 1965 film, showing actors Ray Brooks and Charlotte Rampling lounging at the beach. With a printed mimeo snipe on the verso, along with manuscript annotations regarding layout and the stamp of Keystone Agency.

Based on Ann Jellicoe's 1962 play. An awkward young man seeks out the help of his slick, womanizing flatmate in learning how to seduce women, but trouble arises when they both set their marks on the same girl. Although nominally a comedy, a film that bears far more similarity to a kitchen sink drama, due largely to its polarizing final act. Winner of the Palme d'Or.

Set and shot on location in London.

7.25 x 9.5 inches. Very Good plus, with light wear and soil to the verso.
