Beth and Scott B were two of the key figures in the avant garde No Wave scene of the late 1970s and early 1980s New York, making six films together between 1978 and 1981. Beth B would go on to be a key player in the Cinema of Transgression movement that followed no wave, while Scott B would move to a career in documentary film, winning a Peabody Award for the 2004 television documentary "Black Sky: The Race for Space."
A passive man is kidnapped by punk thought police, hung upside down, tortured, and eventually shoved into the titular "black box."
