A chauvinistic engineer has recently been abandoned by his wife, leaving him with their nine month-old son. He embarks on an affair with his son's daycare worker, but trouble looms when the exposure of the relationship threatens his custody rights. A film which generated controversy at the time of its release for its graphic depiction of sexuality and male nudity, and for its shocking final scene.
