Based on August Derleth's 1959 short story. A newlywed woman raised in foster care learns that her birth parents have died, leaving her their property in Massachusetts. She and her husband travel to the house, where they soon discover an evil, cursed ghoul living in the attic.
Set in Massachusetts, shot on location in Kent and Norfolk, England.
