Vaughn was selected as a WAMPAS Baby Star alongside fellow silent film starlet Clara Bow in 1924. She appeared in films throughout the 1920s and into the mid-1930s, including "Randy Rides Alone" (1934) opposite John Wayne, and "The Laramie Kid" (1935).
