Ants suddenly begin building strange towers and geometric designs in the Arizona desert, and begin to exhibit greater intelligence, threatening the scientists studying them, and ultimately all of humanity.

Set in the Arizona desert, shot on location in Rift Valley, Kenya, and Eloy and Yuma, Arizona.
