A dramatization of the early life and loves of William Shakespeare. The play made its Broadway debut at the Repertory Theatre at the Lincoln Center on November 14, running for 72 performances.

Title page present, dated August 1968, noted as Revision, with credits for playwright William Gibson. 157 leaves, with last page of text numbered 3-2-31. Xerographic duplication, rectos only.
