A class of predominantly Black students at Howard University College of Medicine share a variety of humorous, sentimental, and unusual experiences in their time at the school. Jefferson previously worked as a screenwriter for "Disco 9000" (1977) and "Death Drug" (1978).

Set in Washington DC.
